• Received incoming calls and routed the inquires/complaints to the concerned department by creating and updating tickets through the CRM system.
• Assisted customers through the company's chat box and responded to their needs efficiently before they click out of the website.
• Constantly looked out for sales opportunities in both calls and chat, successfully closed sales and achieved the monthly target.
• Placed outgoing calls to clients for the surveys and made sure they answered all the questions from beginning to the end of the survey.
• Made reports at the end of the day for all the surveys completed.
• Achieved the daily and the monthly target, completed the highest number of surveys and contributed to 12% of the total project.
