JSCB HAMKORBANK, founded in 1991 has grown into a commercial bank with foreign equity (IFC - International Finance Corporation and FMO - Entrepreneurial Development Bank of Netherlands) and one of the largest banks of CIS.
Reporting directly to Chairman of the Executive Board, I manage a branch with a staff of 25 people.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensuring that the bank meets the clients with the highest level of service.
- Coordinating work as well as with central bank and governmental structures and head office while
ensuring that the branch is compliant with regulatory requirements at all times.
- Overall management of a branch of the commercial bank with foreign capital providing high teamwork
efficiency.
- Carrying full responsibility for indicators, assets and liabilities management and profitability of the branch.
- Attracting and working with corporate clients.
- Establish control over the proper performance of all asset-related operations.
- Participating in bank’s loan and investment policymaking progresses.
My main achievements:
- Brought a newly opened branch to a profitable one.
- Achieved proven high quality of banking services through improving the professionalism of the staff.
- Built up and led effective working Loan Committee and Committee on Tariffs and Products.
Main responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for corporate sales of banking services and products.
- Working on corporate loans, deposits and with funds of international financial institutions such as WB, IFC, FMO, ICD, ADB, IDA, KfW, Sparkasse and Commerzbank.
- Supporting the development of strong relationships directly with customers and business partners that lead to the achievement of business retention and earnings targets.
- Enhancing relationship revenue from existing portfolio of borrowing & non-borrowing accounts by the cross-selling complete range of banking products such as Trade and Working capital, loans, card products.
- Liaising with superiors and direct reports within the business unit, Risk Management and related enabler
units within the bank to achieve business objectives.
- Driving a high-performance culture by constantly motivating the sales staff while ongoing coaching and developing of the sales team, so that they can solicit quality and profitable clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers day-to-day providing excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
- Managing customers focusing on relationship management & up-selling/deep-selling/cross-selling other bank products.

- Monitoring and evaluating relationships for the effective cross-sell of corporate products and healthy
account conduct through managing the team of Relationship officers for Liability products sales and
distribution.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepared MDG report on statistical monitoring and evaluation.
- Developed and maintained the statistical database of Uzbekistan on MDG issues.
- Conducted a research project on the role of governmental structures’ impact the MDGs
through their policy including analysis of government policies, budget, and implementation progress.
- Measured the positive impact of government policies of CIS countries using the MDG scan
methodology.
- Organized free-flow conversations for regional trainers using the Open Space Technology (OST) to gather ideas for their personal action plans for follow-up actions after the training.
The committee is Uzbekistan’s governmental structure for statistical affairs.
I reported to Chairman and managed a team of 5 qualified analysts.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating organizational work concerning the fulfillment of decisions and instructions in all subdivisions of Committee.
- Preparing quarterly statistical reports, cooperating with public and mass media on statistical data and
publications issues.
- Cooperating with governmental structures, ministries and departments of the republic on issues of timely preparation of draft materials on activity of statistical bodies.
- Submitting statistical data to the Committee leadership.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing summary materials on social and economic statistics on results of monthly and quarterly basis.
- Preparing statistical data for requests of organizations and public.
- Collecting, preparing and analyzing statistical information on price and tariffs, inflation analysis.
