• Notify-Them - Solution deployed for Ufone. With Notify-Them both users A and B will always know when their desired contacts are within reach.
• Collect-Call - Solution deployed for Ufone. With Ufone Collect Call customers can remain connected and make calls even when you don’t wish to pay for a call, so user no longer require to send people missed calls as the receiving party pays for the call charges.
• BGM - Solution deployed for Ufone and Zong. Users can enjoy back-ground music during conversation.
• Involved in making daily, weekly and monthly backups of CP (Central Processor), TT (Toll Ticketing) & APG (Adjacent Processor) of all South Nodes.
• Involved in Alarm Monitoring with hands on experience on WINFIOL.
• Involved in Call testing, VAS testing, GPRS/EDGE testing and Daily PMR Health checks.
