Up sell Emtel products and services, do demos of services. Act as Customer Service support - provide front line services to customers. Stock and showroom management. Cashier and stock reconciliation.
Complete management of all operations. Manage a team of 15 supervisors, each having 10-15 consultants under their responsibility. Be the link between the production department, in my charge, and the department of training and quality department to develop action plans and plan training sessions to improve the level of skills of consultants and supervisors. Coaching of supervisors so as to develop their skills. Management of human resources. Actively participate in the recruitment of staff in collaboration with the department of Human Resources.
Manage sales campaigns and sales teams (20 sales consultants), ensuring that fixed sales target was reached; manage the statistical operations and also coach sales consultants making them improve their skills while having a human resources management. Participate in the recruitment process, conduction of interviews of sales consultants.
As Tele-agent I was assigned to sales campaigns; I have held this position for one year thereafter I was promoted to the position of supervisor - my tasks as a supervisor was to manage the sales campaigns and sales teams, ensuring that the fixed sales target was reached, manage the statistical operations and also coach sales consultants making them improve their skills while having a human resources management.
