DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for Funds/Revenue Collections from Government Authorities "Port Qasim Authority" and attend meetings with Government Officials for timely processing of Revenue Cheques also Funds Collections from Oil Marketing Companies (OMC'S) PSO, SHELL, BYCO, CALTEX etc.
* Prepare Bank Cheques as per company policies and procedures and also prepare payments vouchers, journal vouchers and receiving vouchers.
* Responsible for Daily Bank positions and prepare monthly Bank reconciliations has submitted to Chief Financial Officer and also

* Funds Transfer & Deposits same in to Banks
* Manage company petty cash and responsible custodian.
* Responsible for posting of month end general ledger Accruals & Prepayments
* Responsible for posting of month end general ledger closing entries
* Process billing or invoice and maintain track record of receivables position
* Ensure that all payments vouchers should be properly supported with bills / invoices
* Verify the accuracy of invoice against their purchase order
* Responsible for monthly Cash Flow statements
* Responsible for weekly aging report for AR / AP
* Preparation of e-payments Tax Challans, Sales Tax Challans and also preparation of e-filling of monthly withholding tax return, sales tax return.
