• Executes typing works in accordance with the HR Manager’s instruction particularly in creating correspondences and preparing the monthly/quarterly HR Management Reports.
• Compile, copy, sort, file and maintain records of HR activities and other business transactions in accordance to the company’s QMS procedures.
• Review files, records and other documents in order to obtain information and immediately responds to requests.
• Create CVs in CEG format specially for the newly hired employees as mandatory or as instructed by the HR Manager.
• Evaluate/analyze CVs of potential candidates if required
• To assist the HR Manager in the preparation and presentation of various documents and other data required during ISO External Surveillance Audits.
• To perform other HR related tasks as instructed by the HR Manager.
• Assists the HR Manager in various administrative works related to his assigned tasks including authentication and verification of staff requirements from any candidate’s country’s respective labor agencies/embassies as required, contacting with suppliers, advertisements, etc.
