1.Experience doing planned maintenance of various type of pumps, gas compressor, gas turbine, gas generator, air compressor and diesel generator on board Floating Production and Storage Facility (FPSO) at offshore.
2. Knowledge of SKF vibration analysis and predictive maintenance. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and work processes for maintaining and repairing assets.
3. Provide technical support regarding operations, maintenance, trouble shooting and long term reliability improvement and selection of rotating equipment.
4. Develop the rotating equipment repair scope for all outages, as well as major and turn around maintenance events. Carry out risk based work selection and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Regularly attend shutdown and asset meetings, help in developing work scopes, performing inspections during machine overhauls.
5. Conduct performance analysis of rotating equipment to identify performance and operating envelop deviations and provide resolution on developing deficiencies.
6. Lead continuous improvement of reliability of rotating equipment through the development and application of effective reliability strategies such as; risk based maintenance strategies, identification and assessment of risk, Root Cause Analysis and spare parts reviews using industry best practices and standards. Participate with vendors/contractors to resolve technical problems and developing new solutions.
7. Develop written packages for machinery upgrades including techno-economic analysis, selection of alternatives and implementation strategies.
8. Review and approve piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), data sheets and drawings. Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions. Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, and provide technical support.
9. Strong communication skills and proven success in communicating with all levels.
10. Experience managing and overseeing maintenance staff under maintenance department. 11. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
1 Plan and managed FSO/FPSO operation and maintenance to achieve timely availability, reliability
and meet HSSE requirements of the customers.
2 Managed the life repair extension of FSO/FPSO effectively to ensure optimal life span of
FSO/FPSO.
3 Managed cost effectively to meet the desire operational margin and contribution to business unit
profitability targets.
4 Conducting frequent inspection on board vessel to ensure that all Non Conformance (NC) and
observations are been rectified and actions taken to close accordingly for continuous
improvement of the asset.
5 Preparation of yearly operational budget, repair life extension budget, services and repairs.
6 Have effective leadership skills and must be enable to lead / advise the floaters team in terms of
trouble shooting and floaters management problems.
7. Understand the industry needs and requirement, fully aware of the rules and regulations, SOLAS
requirement, ISM, ISPS, MARPOL and flag state requirement.
8. Monitor planned maintenance programmed done by the operator to ensure safe and reliable
operations of the vessels.
9. Manage changes and updates for the Planned Management System for improvement.
10 Support the procurement department in sourcing of spares, provide technical information to the
purchasers, guide procurement on purchasing and sourcing materials and parts.
12 Works closely with HSE department to ensure smooth overall operations of the floaters and
safety requirement is complied.
13 Acts as Owners representatives on board floaters and during visits to floaters. Liaise with Clients
when necessary.
14 Provide feedback on design flaws and recommendation for improvement based on operational
experience to the engineering and contributes to the upgrading of the technical specification and
performance of the vessel under construction.
Involve in Project for:
1. FPSO Orkid - conversion in MMHE in the year 2009.
2. MOPU Satu and MOPU Dua - conversion in 2009.
3. FPSO RUBY - commissioning at offshore in the year 2010.

materials and parts.
11. Works closely with Fleet manning and HSE to ensure smooth overall operations of the ships in charge.
12. Acts as Owners representatives on board vessel and during visits to vessel. Liaise with Clients when necessary.
13. Provide feedback on design flaws and recommendation for improvement based on operational experience to the shipyard and contributes to the upgrading of the technical specification and performance of the vessel under construction.

1. Work onboard seagoing LNG tanker. Responsible for maintenance and operate steam plant for the propulsion and power generation of the LNG Tanker ship.
2. In Charge of keeping and plan work progress scheduled within the target of Planned Maintenance program. This also includes liase with Chief Engineer for work plan and report.
3. Experience in using NT, Win XP, AMOS, CAD, MS Office.
4. In-Charge of daily watch keeping routine and in-port watch keeping Engineer officer.
5. In-Charge of maintenance and operational running of Fresh Water Distilling Plant, Instrument and General Service Air Compressor, Lubrication Oil Purifier, Boilers, various pumps and motor.
6. Taking data for maintenance purpose for the Hull Cathodic Protection on board.
7. Responsible for training engineer cadets and maintenance of Safety Appliances onboard the vessel.
8. Assisting in budget control and spare parts order.
9. In Charge for Maintenance of Boilers, Diesel Generator, Turbo Generator, Digital Control System, Air compressor, Fresh water generator, Fridge Plant, Control Valve and Actuators.
10. Responsible in Machinery Conditioning Monitoring Program using SKF Vibration Monitoring Program.
11. Also responsible for Main Engine Vibration Condition Online Monitoring equipment using Bentley- Nevada vibration equipment. This includes Maintenance, testing for alarm and trips.
