1.Experience doing planned maintenance of various type of pumps, gas compressor, gas turbine, gas generator, air compressor and diesel generator on board Floating Production and Storage Facility (FPSO) at offshore.
2. Knowledge of SKF vibration analysis and predictive maintenance. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and work processes for maintaining and repairing assets.
3. Provide technical support regarding operations, maintenance, trouble shooting and long term reliability improvement and selection of rotating equipment.
4. Develop the rotating equipment repair scope for all outages, as well as major and turn around maintenance events. Carry out risk based work selection and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Regularly attend shutdown and asset meetings, help in developing work scopes, performing inspections during machine overhauls.
5. Conduct performance analysis of rotating equipment to identify performance and operating envelop deviations and provide resolution on developing deficiencies.
6. Lead continuous improvement of reliability of rotating equipment through the development and application of effective reliability strategies such as; risk based maintenance strategies, identification and assessment of risk, Root Cause Analysis and spare parts reviews using industry best practices and standards. Participate with vendors/contractors to resolve technical problems and developing new solutions.
7. Develop written packages for machinery upgrades including techno-economic analysis, selection of alternatives and implementation strategies.
8. Review and approve piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), data sheets and drawings. Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions. Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, and provide technical support.
9. Strong communication skills and proven success in communicating with all levels.
10. Experience managing and overseeing maintenance staff under maintenance department. 11. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

11. Also responsible for Main Engine Vibration Condition Online Monitoring equipment using Bentley- Nevada vibration equipment. This includes Maintenance, testing for alarm and trips.
