 Handle and direct project phone calls and mail
 Keep project records computerized
 Maintain specific records and files pertaining to specialized activities or programs.
 Input and maintain information of various databases and spreadsheets
 Extract data from files and records and make specialized reports as required
 Modify or devise forms for reporting data.
 Compile, prepare and disseminate necessary information for reports and appropriate agencies and
individuals composing either independently or from oral instructions, letters requesting or giving
information or letters dealing with various departmental activities.
 Making sure that work is carried out to the client's standards, specification, correct materials,
workmanship, and schedule
 Becoming familiar with all the relevant documents and written instructions, checking them, and using
them as a reference when inspecting work
 Making visual inspections
 Taking measurements and samples on site to make sure that the work and the materials meet the
specifications and quality standards
 Being familiar with legal requirements and checking that the work complies with them.
 Advising the contractor about certain aspects of the work, particularly when something has gone wrong.
