Provide HR Guidelines & Consultation. Such as: manpower planning, recruitment strategies, market study, organizational structure through Developing a good understanding of establishment, industry, work culture and environment;

Responsibilities:
 Prepare Work Force strategic cycle with Head office in Abu Dhabi.
 Feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis.
 Present strategy to stakeholders.
 Develop strategy to implement plan and support operations. Analyze implications of strategic decisions. Identify areas of risk.
 Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, Performance techniques, and other community development indicators.
 Define initial Headcount outline
 Outline organizational Structure for Doha Office.
 Organize manpower plan with Department heads
 Analyze critical hiring statistics to understand hiring trends and results and make recommendations for continuous improvement
 Organize detailed Job description. Oversea salary scale study performed by team member for Qatar market
 Receive all job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in database for retrieval as and when required.
 Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
 Ensure that employees are recruited and developed to fill each key role within the company. Through succession planning process, recruit superior employees, develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities, and prepare them for advancement or promotion into ever more challenging roles.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
 Developed reports on employee headcount, monthly HR reports and quarterly Sourcing reports.
 Brainstormed ideas to create a program to attract highly sought-after job skills.
 Conduct Performance Analysis outline, KPIs, lateral transfers, training suggestions, layoffs.
 Prepare monthly payroll for Doha Office.

 Assist in designing and updating the Job Descriptions and competency requirements regularly to ensure that they are in accordance with the company development.
 Suggest & plan for internal promotions to cover any expected losses of employees through retirement, transfer & other related issues.
 Monitor the training needs for various positions, to develop yearly training plans for all divisions / departments and subsequently supervise the arrangement of these training programs, seminars, etc.
 Support the HR Manager with grievance, disciplinary hearings and capability investigations.
 Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
 Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
