• Check original texts or confer with authors to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material.

• Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.

• Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for legal or medical material.

• Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.

• Develop and coach other translators through doing translator Testing; create translator tests that meet our content requirements and review test submissions

• Doing Quality Assurance - Conduct periodic quality reviews using our proprietary quality assurance mechanism

• Support internal customers by providing expert advice, and serve as go-to person for all questions related to translation projects (administrative and linguistic).

• Manage projects and priorities, negotiate deadlines, build and maintain ongoing relationships with internal customers and external partners.

• Ensure maintenance of the internal expenditures control system which ensures that vouchers processed are matched and completed; transactions are correctly recorded.
