Strategical Objectives;
• Assists & Executing the Annual Business Plan & Targets to deliver company’s mission.
• Ensuring the Business strategies are translating into Operations.
• Monitoring the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and delivering the highest result for Warehouse & Transport Management.
• Responsible for planning and managing resources (Human & Non-Human) to meet Operational objectives.
• Following all relevant functional policies & processes to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Develop optimal warehouse design by planning layout, product flow and product handling systems to drive operational efficiencies and reduce costs in line with Company’s objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
• Achieving financial objectives by controlling & Scheduling the expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective & preventive actions.
• Manage the team by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
• Overseeing 3PL providers to ensure compliance with SLA’s and achieving KPIs.
• Ensures compliance with government safety rules and regulations.

• Represent Warehouse management to achieve the Supply Chain Objectives and drive through the leadership of value
analysis and innovation processes.
• High Level strategic warehouse operations decisions and translate business strategy into operations and warehouse
activities.
• Achieving financial objectives, controlling & Scheduling the expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective
actions.
• Monitoring Warehouse Management KPI’s (eg, Warehouse Operating Expenses, Space Utilization, Inventory Error, Inventory
Disposal, Employee Retention, Receiving & Dispatching Accuracy, Cycle Count & Annual Count Accuracy, etc).
• Supervising the RDC Managers across the regions to keep our teams focused, inspired & driven to deliver—literally.
• Ensure highest standards are achieved in the Distribution Center in areas of safety, personnel, efficiency, & product
quality.
• Develop optimal warehouse design by planning layout, product flow and product handling systems to drive
operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Ensures the compliance with local safety rules and regulations.
External/Internal Customer, Stakeholder & Employees;
• Work within cross-functional teams to investigate service failures & develop, implement & monitor appropriate corrective & preventative action.
• Liaise with vendors and general contractors and ensure both internal/external Customer Satisfaction.
• Achieving warehouse operations objectives by selecting, training, counseling, disciplining employees and
communicating job expectations.
• Developing People Capabilities by embedding the company’s values.
• Attract, Develop and retain people who represent the highest standard of excellence.
Budget, KPI’s & Dashboard
• Planning and preparing the Annual CAPEX & OPEX budget.
• Prepare future warehousing needs and requirement by analyzing the target growth rate, expansion/Shrinkage,
customer demands, and facility end of lease.
• Liaise and oversee third 3PL providers and third-party workforce to ensure compliance with SLA’s and KPIs.
• Analyze statistical data to determine effectiveness of the operating procedures.
WH & Fleet Management: Forecasting, Planning, Analysis, Monitoring and Managing of the Inventory Receiving, Storage and Control, and distribution functions.
Efficient planning of Available resources and time, Monitoring Stock, Budgeting, Product Quality, Maintaining appropriate Inventory data and records.
Applying Cost and Time-saving Measures, Reducing Lead Time, Managing Teams, Directing and motivating them to excel in their respective areas.
WH & Fleet Transformation Project: Leading a Special Project “Warehouse & Fleet Transformation as part of Strategic Planning & Development.
Reviewing, Analysing, Developing and implementing the processes and policies by considering best practices and industry benchmark as well as to be associated with company strategies and vision
Warehouse Operations: Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements. Implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures. Developed processes for receiving the product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
Delivery Operations: oversees the delivery operations to a company's customers. Establishes policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitors employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
Fleet Operations: Planning and Maintaining vehicles in order to keep deliveries and distributions on schedule and within its established budget.
Warehouse Operations: In charge of inventory in a warehouse, overseeing Inbound and Outbound functions. Focused and making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time, and that there are no shortages on shelves. Make sure the equipment is regularly serviced and help train new employees.
