• Supervision and manage engineering team for:
Engineering document review
Construction document review
Vendor document review
Issue MDR, coordination procedure, ITP, spare part list, scope of work, execution plan, sequence flow chart, ...
Preparing check lists, test sheets, punch lists, operational test sheets, Functional test sheets, ... for each equipment/item
Issue pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers for 59 sub-systems
• Manage a project regarding cooling water systems in water cooled compressors
• Participating in develop project management plan for 'Peter Schelte' (Topside lifting system)project at tender stage
• Working with organizational departments and functional managers to define the scope and verify needs of projects
• Developing the project’s design strategy within financial budget and quality management guidelines
• Reviewing product design for compliance, adherence to company standards and client contract requirements
• Clarification technical issues with international clients and problem solving
• Tracking activities to ensure project timely completion and supervising operational tests to ensure requirements conformance.
• Manage engineering of Sangtuda II (Tajikistan) hydro-electric power plant project
• Interface management & communication/stakeholders management
