Main Duties and Responsibilities :
(a) I was bound to collect data of dyeing and finishing daily production report in details .
(b) I was bound to make sure all the fabrics are running in accordance with the party requirements.
(c) I was bound to make sure accurate match of tone with required specimen .
(d) I was bound to make sure all given fabrics are stored in Grey properly and easy to convey .
(e) I was bound to look after machines must be running safely and pay output on time .
(f ) I was bound to look after the cleanliness and tidiness of the surroundings .
(g) I was bound to make deal with the Party on Fabric Pantone Rate Confirmation .
(h) I was bound to make deal with the Party on Fabric Chemical auxiliaries blends accordingly .
(i) I was bound to supervise Helpers and Operators on extra shifts to get fabrics prepared on time
(j) I was bound to compute Materials Requisite Notes in accordance with Party requirements .
(k) I was bound to make Timetable and make the staff to follow it routinely .
(l) I was bound to prepare PH, PPM and TDS of the water for future precaution .
(m) I was bound to take control of Wastage from the primary to last processing .
(n) I was bound to make Passes ( GRN / GDN )duly with incoming and outgoing inventory .
(o) I was bound to make technical reports on machines over mechanical and process malfunction
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
(a) I was bound to make sure the finished product sampling must be made accurately .
(b) I was bound to make sure the finished product must be inspected under Electrodynamic Shakers, Data Physics / Vibration Controllers and Analyzers .
(c) I was bound to get the reject sample randomly and note it down on SPC - Charts step by step
(d) I was bound to collect data sample it and mark on SPC - Charts .
(e) I was bound to make Statistical Information and prepare a report with the team .
(f ) I was bound to make Statistical inferences and data for assignable / common cause errors correcting or removing .
(g) I was bound to make sure the test pieces error reports are informed to Engineers for Product Re-evaluation .
(h) I was bound to make sure the SQ/C - Charts must be compatible to the Charts results of SQ/A to bring the product flow function in mainstream .
(i) I was bound to make sure cost analysis and design strategy to minimize the cost .
(j) I was bound to make Statistical & Mathematical methods for solving and approximating solutions of some basic types of problems incurred at machines .
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
(a) I was bound to conduct number of testings under the supervision of Technician, Sr. on the Falling Dart Impact, Thickness gauge measurement, and Vicat Penetration Machine over rejected samples.
(b) I was bound to re assure the MFI of the Polymers before processing .
(c) I was bound to collect data, sample it and mark on SPC - Charts .
(d) I was bound to make sure the test Samples has been tested accordingly .
(e) I was bound to make the Statistical infornmations and prepare a report with the team .
(f ) I was bound to make Statistical inferences and data for assignable / common cause errors correcting or removing .
(g) I was bound to make sure the test pieces error reports are informed to Engineers for Product Re-evaluation .
(h) I was bound to make sure the SQ/C - Charts must be Compatible to the Charts results of SQ/A to bring the product flow function in mainstream .
(i) I was bound to make sure cost analysis and design strategy to minimize the cost .
(j) I was bound to make Statistical & Mathematical methods for solving and approximating solutions of some basic types of problems incurred at machines .
(k) I was bound to survey the processing machines one by one and make sure they are running smoothly and accordingly .
