• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
• Supervise the loading, off-loading, and stacking of commodities, and keep updated records on stack cards, and/or computer inventory lists.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential of IMU.
• Maintains physical condition of the store by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Check and control incoming goods by physical counts to ascertain that they meet the required specifications and to report anomalies.
• Supervise the receipt and dispatches of commodities.

• Conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports of stock movement.

• Filing of third party waybills with its respective STO’s (keeping its proper track record)
• Coordination with CP’s regarding any waybills issues / receipts confirmation
• Coordination with Programme Unit & CP’s regarding delays of waybills and its proper follow up
• Keep close coordination with warehouse for the dispatches and keeping the proper track of warehouse daily dispatch report and its reconciliation.
• Assist operations in printing of STO’s and its signature from head of units
• Providing guidance / support to the CP’s and other WFP offices regarding issues related to LESS (waybill receipt confirmation)
• Sending weekly report on STO’s status to the management
• Perform any other duties assigned to me by my supervisor.
1.Receipt and Dispatch of food and non food items and store them with UNWFP staindards.
2.Supervise the loading, off-loading and stacking of the commodities, and assist the storekeeper to keep updated records on stack cards, and/or computer inventory lists.
3.Supervise cleaning exercise after loading and off-loading and reconstitution exercise when required.
4.Check and control incoming goods both food and nonfood commodities by such methods as physical counts, random weight checks, rejection of any spoiled commodity, reconditioning of underweight bags.
5.Prepare the delivery of goods upon request of the storekeeper and against official and approved documentation.
6.Participate in periodic physical inventory checks.
7.Timely report and, in consultation with the storekeeper, undertake re- bagging/repacking, reconstitution and segregation of damaged food.
8.Implement proper stacking according to commodity and Shipping Instruction (SI) numbers.
9.Record all commodity receipts, issues and disposals on stack cards.
10.Assist the storekeepers\\\\\\\' supervision and training of casual labor.
11.Perform other related duties as required.
