Key Responsibilities - Network Operations Center Engineer:
• Providing 24x7 operations with primary responsibility to ensure that all systems remain functional and operational and department operates as per quality standards.
• Establishing new departmental Lifecycle Process of Plan and streamlining NOC/IT policies and procedures and integrating state-of-the-art technology in technology future, while ensuring KPIs are achieved by the team
• Exceeding all major business objectives by promptly resolving all issues relating to servers, networks or other critical escalated requests and equipped and staffed with the latest tools including new IT solutions; server application, SCCM and current Operating System images upgrades.
