Flight build-up for our charter’s B777F, B747F
Cargo manifest preparation after flight build up
AWB execution using Calogi & EK sky cargo & ERP
Co ordination with EK & Dnata for smooth cargo movement.
Documentation in DUBAI CUSTOMS (EXIT/ENTRY CLEARANCE / TRUCKING DOCUMENTATION AND GATEPASS.
Issuing AWB using CALOGI, requesting ADHOC rates to the airline, taking DO, RFS TRUCKING, AIRLINE BOOKING
Preparing Bill of Entry for Export & Import through Mirsal II. ( TRANSIT IN, TRANSIT OUT, IMPORT, TEMPORARY EXPORT, STATISTICAL, LOCAL EXPORT )
Import & export Documentation.
Arranging truck for collecting the shipment from outside.
Coordinated with Operations Manager for day-to-day activities.
Arranging transportation of the shipment after clearance from airport to delivery locations in UAE.
Coordinating with DNATA for moving our cargo from Dubai to ‘Sharjah and Dubai to Jebel Ali (DWC) airport through bonded trucks.
Making daily report for all the shipment accepted in DNATA and in warehouse.
Ensuring the smooth running of cargo operation and ensuring the highest level of service to customers.
Daily Extensive customer service exposure in multi-national environment.
