I am currently working at Zawitco Contracting Manpower Company as a Project In-Charge (Supervisor) for the Ninja, Keemart and Amazon project. I am responsible for managing and supervising a workforce of 941 employees.
My key responsibilities include overseeing daily attendance, managing monthly salary payroll, and ensuring smooth workforce operations. I actively monitor employee performance, ensure their daily needs and facilities are properly provided, and maintain operational efficiency.
Additionally, I follow up with employees regarding attendance issues, track absences, and ensure proper communication and discipline within the team. I also coordinate to resolve any workforce-related challenges to maintain productivity and workflow continuity.
