Identifying new markets and attracting new clients & implementing new products.
Gathering information on Company, Govt. Tenders and Competitors.
Primarily responsible for vendor relations.
Generating leads for possible sales.
Responsible for Client /Customer Retentions.
Projecting the future sales by evaluating the past and present sales assumptions.
Oversee the Customer service function to ensure corrective action is taken to resolve customer complaints.
Coordinate, direct and manage the Company operation to achieve maximum profit,
Ensure customer satisfactions.
Participate in Planning Committee meetings to collaborate on the development.
Overview HR matters including interviewing, hiring training & assigning work.
Work directly with the General Manager to manage all activities.

Taking care of prompt payment of Sales tax & e-filing.
Prompt payment of Service Tax & submitting of annual return.
Presenting the C- forms to the Purchaser in regular, Quarterly basis without any delay.
Preparing ESI & PF and e-filing on regular monthly basis.
Looking after Banking activities, Receipt & Payments of the company.
Reporting to Accounts Head and The Director.

 Taking care for ALPG division for entire Southern Region.
Preparing invoices for ALPG. Preparing GRN for concerned loads.Planning and scheduling loads for concerned RO’s.Coordinating with Caltex Officials at HO.
Coordinating with Reliance Officials both at HO and Regional OfficeCoordinating with the Transporter for arranging Loads.


Pivotal in being the signing authority for RIL, for the dispatches of Auto LPG from Tuticorin terminal to various locations in Southern Region
Arranging Loads at Specified Time.
Taking Special Care from RO’s going DRY OUT.
Making sure that all invoices are made payment through HO.
Creating indents for RO’s.
Clearing indents from Financial Department through HO.
Maintaining the stocks for all RO’s.
