Responsible for the projects which are mainly awarded from Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO). Responsible for the projects specifically focusing on the following major activities.
• Coordinate preparation of budgets during FEED as well as Tendering stage.
• Reviewing vendor drawings, tender specifications and techno-commercial evaluation.
• Claims management with customer, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assisting the procurement department during procurement for the projects..
• Preparation of Project documents, schedules and alert of changes to the preset plans.
• Preparation of Invoices and its realization.
• Final checking of the project drawings and other documentations with regard to the scope and other standard documentation requirements.
• Monitor and Review progress of site activities and ensure proper support is provided on site to ensure progress as per the set time line.
• Preparation of the progress reports to the client.
• Prepare and finalize implementation plan for the project.
• Monitoring of project cost.
• Monitoring of customer approvals.
• Set guidelines for an effecting document control procedure for the project.
• Provide information to the Contracts Manager for the formulation of contract tenders.

DEL / ILF - Ras Al Khaimah Gas Tie-in Works.
TECHNIP/ NPCC - Cathodic Protection System for Well Casings.
ADCO - Bleed off High Annulus Pressure on AGGI Wells
Responsible for the execution of Industrial Projects which included handling contractors, site progress monitoring, the status, progress and client liaison required to ensure the quality of the supplied products or services
Responsible for the execution of US army projects which includes project related activities from the start of the project until the handing over to customer.
The major projects are listed below:
FY 01 - SLI ENHANCEMENTS, DOHA
FY 02 - SLI ENHANCEMENTS, DOHA
The above projects include construction of new buildings, security systems, traffic controls etc. at the US Army Base at Doha
Responsible for execution of projects which primarily included the following activities,
• Co-ordination between Contracts, Procurement, design and execution departments.
• To plan and schedule for the special consulting laboratory and surveying services to meet the Quality Control requirements of the technical specifications
• Follow up the deliveries for the Project and ensure timely availability at site.
• Schedule preparation and its monitoring.
• To provide all the necessary technical information, tools and equipment to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Preparation of the Monthly Cost, Trend, Exception Reports and the Project Monthly Report
• Maintain a relationship regarding planning and scheduling matters with respect to execution of man-hours and durations
• Co-ordination of Engineering, Procurement and construction including Testing & Commissioning for the projects
Responsible for the execution of Saudi Aramco projects which includes tendering, procurement, inspection, project execution, commissioning, as-built documentation etc.
