Preperation of Variations by checking tender and ifc drawings.
Sending queries to suppliers and sub contractors.
Checking and certification of subcontractors payments.
Co ordination with project execution team.
Sending request for for materials for the project.
Sending clarification requests to the client, required for the tender´s scope of work & specifications.
Assisting estimation team for preparing technical bid for turnkey projects.
Checking & approving company’s final payment certificates in accordance with the contract agreement and submitting it to management for approval.
Checking and approving progress payment of sub contractors.
Preparation of Quotations and Tenders as per drawings and specifications.
Check, verify and maintain records of built/site measurements for further approval of Project Manager.
Maintain records Of BOQ Measurements, Bill of Quantities according to the tender drawings.
Sending clarification requests to the client, required for the tender´s scope of work & specifications.
