Responsible to drive HR process for 500 + employees spread across 6 locations and 15 branches

- Proactively drive focused participation/transformation through enhancing Leadership Capability
- Drive frontline capability for Branch Banking to enhance productivity including scorecard rollout for sales,
service & operations work force
- Responsible for hiring Branch Managers and other middle level management for the region
- Develop and drive delivery of engagement plan for the business, New Joiner Engagement through Focused
Group Discussions, One on One Branch visits, etc
- Responsible for driving retention agenda for the region
- Execute Country Talent Strategy for High-potentials including Talent Management, Development &
Succession Plan for critical roles
- Handled business integration of American Express Bank transition to SCB during the merger
- Responsible for Employee Relation issues including grievance management

* Aligned the Employee Engagement Survey (Gallup) from pen and paper to Digital as per group norm
* Employee Grievance and conduct issues
* Payroll process owner for Standard Chartered Finance Limited Operations (Subsidiary of SCB, India)
* Process owner to maintain Statutory Compliance for the subsidiary including ESI, PF, Statutory licenses
* D&I initiatives : Right to Sight and Lotus blind trust
HRBP for two SBUs independently which had volume of 60% of the entire organisation
