Areas of Operation include project costing, Project execution, testing & commissioning, liaison with M&E consultants, Client, Material and Manpower for timely completion of projects. 2. PROJECT NAME: Modular Data Centre Complex - at Dubai International Airport
PROJECT LOCATION: Near Terminal 2
PROJECT VALUE: AED 44 Million
CONTRACT DURATION: 9 Months

CLIENT: HUAWEI / Dubai Airports
ENGINEER: Red Engineering / Arup
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Atkins

The Project was to build the World's First TIER 3 certified Modular Data Centre Complex (MDCC) at
Dubai International Airport. The scope of works included Civil, MEP and Infrastructure works.
The modular container for the data centre space were provided by Huawei and the data centres are
interconnected through dedicated fibre optic link that will provide high level resilence and availability
to support the critical operations of Dubai Airports.
The Modular Data Centre is CERTIFIED by the Uptime Institute to TIER 3 for Design and Construction.
