As an apprentice in the Quality Control Department of Bharat Dynamics Limited, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the
precision and reliability of Medium-Range Surface-to-Air Missile (MRSAM) systems. My responsibilities included:
• Executed comprehensive quality assurance protocols to ensure the adherence of MRSAM components
and systems to stringent industry standards.
• Conducted meticulous inspections of missile components, sub-assemblies, and final products to identify
and rectify any deviations from specified standards.
• Maintained detailed records of quality control processes, inspections, and test results to facilitate
traceability and accountability.
• Worked closely with engineering teams to address and resolve quality-related issues, contributing to the
continuous improvement of MRSAM systems.
• Ensured compliance with national and international regulatory standards governing missile system
manufacturing.
• Conducting thorough inspections and quality assessments of MRSAM components to ensure
compliance with rigorous standards and specifications.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and production
• personnel, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilizing advanced testing equipment and methodologies to perform non-destructive testing, dimensional
analysis, painting analysis and material testing.
By actively participating in the Quality Control Department, I gained hands-on experience in ensuring the highest
standards of quality for critical defense systems. This apprentice has honed my attention to detail, analytical
skills, and ability to collaborate in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, setting a strong foundation for a career in
missile system quality control. Moreover, I cultivated strong communication and teamwork abilities, enabling me
to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Major Project on Self balancing Robot: This project not only showcases my technical skills in robotics, control systems, and programming but also demonstrates my ability to manage a complex engineering project from conception to execution. Conducted extensive testing to validate the self-balancing capabilities in diverse environments and under varying load conditions. The Self-Balancing Robot project underscores my problem-solving skills, creativity, and commitment to delivering innovative solutions in the field of robotics and automation.
