Project: Saudi Telecom Company - MSAN, FTTM and FTTH Projects
•Responsible in MSAN project control reports, documentation and monitoring in accordance with the project requirements and standards.
•Lead the development of methods and procedures to cover project planning, Project cost estimating, project cost control, and project budget preparation and getting it approved by the management.
•Developing and administering all project cost and commercial functions ensuring that all project reporting, cash flow, budgets and forecasts comply with the client requirements.
•Estimating, planning, auditing and cost planning activities as necessary.
•Manage End to End MSAN project for Execution from Scope issuance until invoicing.
•Manage all integrated system to insure the correct and validated data update and work processes flow on all relevant system ( ISOW, NPTS, NFTS etc).
•Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scopes.

•Site inspection of installed cabinets (Primary and Secondary Cable)
•Testing and Commissioning of Fiber Cable using OTDR
•Fiber Splicing using Arc Fusion Machine
•Prepare materials requisition and materials consumption report
•Perform schedule monitoring and accomplishment report
•Prepares proposal for variations with design changes
•Coordinates field activities with scope and design changes
•Supervises Acceptance Tests
•Provides documentation for handover
