• Participates in the development and implementation of the Business Finance plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
• Drives Consumer BU’s service, product and promotion profitability analysis on a quarterly, yearly and per request basis as well as product pricing review, subs acquisition and retention costs assessments to support BUs in optimizing product/service portfolio.
• Develops and provides recommendations to Consumer BU Marketing and Sales teams regarding product portfolio actions (e.g. grow, exploit, restructure, retire) to support the sales planning and management and profitability improvement opportunities.
• Liaises with Consumer BU to conduct financial and commercial evaluations of partnerships with the sales channels.
• Reviews pricing for new Consumer BU products and for existing products with pricing changes to provide appropriate recommendations based on financial strategies and market knowledge.
• Manages financial assessment of Consumer BU’s customer retention offers and ensures alignment with BU teams regarding improvement opportunities.
• Support in setting financial - related customer management policies i.e. recovery threshold & payment plans for Consumer BU customers.
• Directs and manages the Consumer Business Finance Department mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Manages and controls change in the Consumer Business Finance Department providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Consumer Business Finance Department.
• Define sales strategies and plans, and set targets in coordination with Planning & Performance
• Establish priorities for action and set down procedures and policies for effective achievement of sales targets
• Ensure sales strategy supports the overall segment strategy
• Carry out sales planning activities for retail, distribution, door-to-door and virtual channels

• Identify and implement policies and procedures for fraud management across sales channels
• Manage all directly-owned sales channels ( 10 Regions, 80 CSOs and 700 employees)
