The duties of the service supervisor are divided into two parts:
1-Practical side:
*Follow-up on complaints.
*Monitor service level.
*Communicating with customers who are not
satisfied with the service.
*Follow up on claims
*Follow up on medical approvals
2-Supervision side :
*Monitoring the quality and development.
*Training the newly joined employees.
*Responding to employee and management inquiries.
