Cooperates with the team in the recruitment and training process according to the corporate guidelines.
Collaborate with the supervisor in the performance evaluation process of the company employee's and coordination of the Evaluation Committee and tracking personnel performance goals are set.
Assist the supervisor in updating the organizational structure of the company and determines and proposes necessary changes to their standardization.
Working on hiring the assigned job title in the needed position according to corporate organization chart.
Cooperates with the supervisor in the preparation of HR budget through providing necessary information and analysis to issue accurately.
Working with the supervisor in preparing the company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensuring adherence with the Saudi laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Responsible for issuing the monthly payroll through collecting the overtime, vacations and KPIs to upload on the company database and calculate it before sending it to the finance department.
Responsible for providing the orientation and onboarding for the new employees regarding customs, laws, driving regulations and such that may affect the day to day activities of employees.
Working on communicate between the company and Saudi government bodies and ministries
Working on preparing the HR reports for the direct supervisor in the organization. Working on operating and tackling all government HR related e-service portals; including MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the ministry of Human Resources.
I also worked as a Freelance Recruiter while I was getting my Bachelor Degree.
