• Led complex high value projects in multi-national technical environments.
• Understand customer requirements, liaise with commercial and engineering departments, and create project documentation, including scopes of work, proposals etc.
• Responsible for project activities throughout the project life cycle embracing initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closure.
• Create and control project management schedules. adhere to business processes and procedures with the aim of claiming milestones on schedule.
• Manage communications with project stakeholders to ensure plans and clear resolution are agreed prior to the implementation phase.
• Maintain project risk register including identifying, evaluating and monitoring of risks across the project lifecycle to develop and execute effective mitigation plans.
• Conduct site visits on a regular basis to lead and manage project progress.
• Report project progress to senior management and client on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Conduct presentations and provide full closure reports on the project at the handover phase.
• Report to project managers and coordinate on all project activities.
• Conduct regular reviews with the project manager on project progress and plan.
• Participate in maintaining the project risks register.
• Visit sites and report on project progress.
