Responsible for Prequalification System, Department Process, head of tender
opening committee, Tender and Contract different categories: Consultants,
Construction and Services:
Prequalification: ensure that the invited companies are qualified in pre-
qualification questionnaires (PQQ System) and meet the criteria required by
project/proponent under the company policy. Technical and Financial evaluation,
performance evaluation.
Tender: complete processes: preparation of RFP/RFQ, invitation to tender, Q&A,
workshops, receive bidding, committee gathering to open technical and
commercial, bid evaluation report/analysis and award/regret letter.
Contracts: issuance, amendment and cancelation of Stand-Alone Contract,
Framework Agreement, Purchase Order (Supplier, Consultancy services and
others) and Job Orders (with full prices analysis and comparison).
* In charge of Consultancy services (Design, Supervision, operation and
maintenance & Consultancy services) by issuing Complete Tender, Contracts, Job
Orders, Purchase Orders, Cost Analysis, Negotiation, Performance Evaluation
and additional services.
* Responsible within TBC Procurement department for the PPP (Public Private
Partnership) program for educational buildings working with AECOM, HSBC,
King and Spalding & Altra Capital to provide alternative funding for educational
buildings for BOT(build, Operate and Transfer) and LL&B (lease and lease back).
* Strong knowledge in defining and implementing Procurement processes and
policies.
* Working with AECOM in consultancy partnership for TBC. I have managed
tenders/contracts for major consultancy firms such
