Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
✓
Management of daily business and operational relations with clients.
✓
Management of the procurement process from cost-effective negotiations, fast purchasing, and timely payments, with tracking of goods inventory and efficient services.
✓
Close collaboration with the operations team, safety team, and maintenance teams to enable quick execution of equipment procurement decisions for smooth underground mining production.
✓
Intensive communication with stakeholders (supply chain, engineering, finance, and human resources).
✓
Drafting and renewal of all related contracts to insure coordination, planning, and timely execution.
✓
Active participation in cost-saving activities by negotiating with vendors and finding alternative products or best-value suppliers.
✓
Participation in interdepartmental, official, global meetings, and working groups for the development and implementation of programs and processes to meet current and future objectives.
✓
Providing full administrative support to the Vice President, including the supervision of all departments and teams.
✓
Available 24 hours a day for urgent inquiries regarding underground mine production safety assistance, while maintaining confidentiality and company discretion.
✓
Ensuring that all employees adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures while keeping abreast of new regulations and industry knowledge.
