1.Set the strategic direction for LAN, WAN telecommunications.
2.Support telecommunication infrastructure and make recommendations to management.
3.Training and supporting all users of telecommunications systems.
4.Guide all phone infrastructures to ensure systems are performing essential services and manage relationships with key telecom and network vendors.
