• Leading the Human Resources transformation in Deputyship.
• Develop the new structure of the Deputyship and its departments.
• Leading several programs, projects, and initiatives. • Developing leadership programs and other training programs.
• Providing training sessions and workshops to the team members in planning, process mapping, and project management.
• Developing the theme projects scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Align the departments with MoH's strategy.

• Development, planning, organization, and management of all aspects of the Human Resource Department. Controls function relating to staffing. • Ensures that full ranges of Human Resource activities are provided to employees.
• Determines Human Resource philosophies, policies and practices, and implements changes while continuously monitoring them for validity and integrity. Serve as the senior reference point for PSCC Steering committee Management regarding issues pertaining to Human Resources.
• Develops PSCC objectives, Human Resource philosophy and conducts strategic planning with relation to Human Resource programs and services.
• Develop goals and objectives for the department and initiates action to achieve these goals.
• Leading the Human Resources transformation.
• Provide advice and information on all HR issues to the Director of HR and to relevant Committees and Department Heads as required.
• Participate in the development of the PSMMC’s recruitment objectives, strategic planning, and the current trend in recruitment management.
• Development of relevant policies and procedures to ensure smooth provision of the PSMMC’S recruitment process.
• Starts up the division of Human Resources from scratch.
• Implements new structure that can help in identifying roles, clarifying the chain of command, providing contact information, and orienting new employees.
• Review the existing policy and revised it to the organization’s needs.
• Preparing staff handbook.
• Performs and executes Human Resources day to day operations and activities with regards to recruitment, employee benefits, evaluations, training and development and other Human Resources related activities.
• Develop all Human Resources training programs.
• Overseeing the training and hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
• Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
• Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
• Review and prepare quotations.
• Issue endorsements for various lines of business.
• Maintain a very good relationship with the VIP clients.
