• Provide assistance to the information security function relative to using the computers security facilities.
• Provide supervision to any technical and administrative personnel assigned to the computer security function.
• Assist in the acquisition of security software and equipment.
• Developing and maintaining the security and risk management program, including a risk analysis process.
• Identifying vulnerabilities and the appropriate solutions to eliminate or minimize their potential efects.
• Developing and maintaining the access control rules within the security software that provides controlled access in accordance with owner defined information access requirements.
• Member of software review committee to evaluate new software and hardware systems.
• Provide periodic reporting on information security issues.
• Investigate any actual or potential information security violations. Follow up investigations with written reports.
• Assist management with training employees about information security issues.
• Assist in ensuring that departments have fulfilled their security responsibilities.
• Review new systems designs and major modifications for security implications prior to implementation.
• conduct penetration tests on regular basis.
• Administration of various security technologies (servers, firewalls, network devices, IPS…etc.).
• Creating and editing Cyber Security related Policies.

• Log all issues and problems and analyze the recurring issues to the MIS systems to implement the permanent solutions.
• Monitor the overall operation of the MIS to identify the areas of improvement which can enhance the MIS systems data availability and identify the required SLAs and OLAs to be signed and implemented.
• Review the new deliverables to ensure that all meta data is completed and all tests are executed to cover all requirements as per the agreed upon standards.
• Responsible for the release and deployment proves for the application part (Scheduling, Jobs, Process Flow) to enhance data and system availability.
• Responsible for data availability and implement all precautions to minimize the cases of missing data.
• Enhancing the current MIS system and optimize the performance of the ETL and Functions/Procedures in order to deliver the data on time for customers.
• Personal in contact with the customers of the MIS system and ensure that the data required for the reports is available on time.
• Developing and deploying applications on the MIS system to ensure data availability as per customer needs.
