 Manage all logistics operation including all logistics assets in order to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
 Tracking of deliveries from door to door. Maintain an on line tracking system.
 Maintain supplier files by keeping them complete and up to date.
 Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing progress of the procurement & logistics function
 Implementing standardized, Company side Logistics processes and procedures to improve Company profitability
 Ensuring compliance with all regional regulations
 Supporting new business proposals providing advice and costs as required.
 Managing the procurement process for key projects, ensuring procurement is cost effective, timely, efficient and compliant with Country regulations and Company policy
 Documentation, communication and education of procurement policies and processes
 Managing the tender process for new suppliers in collaboration with Programme Managers
 Co-ordinate and provide logistics support to on-going air, land, sea or rail operation in the area.
 Provide customers with total logistics services, i.e. transportation packages, which include clearing, forwarding, warehousing and distribution, etc.
 Executing procurement and ensuring supplier and sub-contractors meet contracted obligation
 Updating clients on order status.
 Attending, Reporting & clarifying customer complaints & Queries.
 Review the invoice matching hold report and resolve discrepancies.
 Update POs with current delivery information
 Develop relationships with suppliers in order to resolve delivery and quality concerns
 Reviews and processes purchase requisitions and purchase order adjustments.
 Develops departmental communications; maintains and updates departmental website, files, and databases; contributes to and supports departmental initiatives.
 Send updated prints to suppliers.
 Planning delivery time tables.
 Ensuring stores have enough stock.
 Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
 Monitoring stock levels.
 Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
 Overseeing arrival of shipments.
 Giving effective guidance to the Sales Team, Maintaining the Proper Sales records.
 Update Company Website.
 Processing monthly invoicing in a accurate and timely manner.
 Develop, plan new market strategies and analyze various aspects of starting new business ventures

 Co-ordination between the sales Team and the Management.
 Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
 Updates company website on weekly basis.
 Direct all activities relating to near term Master Scheduling.
 Overseeing procurement and stock department operations
 Developing relationships with local and foreign vendors
 Controlling cost of purchasing
 Ensuring accurate stock operations and record keeping
