Manage all logistics operation including all logistics assets in order to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Co-ordinate and provide logistics support to on-going air, land, sea or rail operation in the area.
Provide customers with total logistics services, i.e. transportation packages, which include clearing, forwarding, warehousing and distribution, etc.
Executing procurement and ensuring supplier and sub-contractors meet contracted obligation
Updating clients on order status.
Attending, Reporting & clarifying customer complaints & Queries.
Review the invoice matching hold report and resolve discrepancies.
Update POs with current delivery information
Develop relationships with suppliers in order to resolve delivery and quality concerns
Reviews and processes purchase requisitions and purchase order adjustments.
Develops departmental communications; maintains and updates departmental website, files, and databases; contributes to and supports departmental initiatives.
Send updated prints to suppliers.
Planning delivery time tables.
Ensuring stores have enough stock.
Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
Monitoring stock levels.
Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
Overseeing arrival of shipments.
Giving effective guidance to the Sales Team, Maintaining the Proper Sales records.
Update Company Website.
Processing monthly invoicing in a accurate and timely manner.

Direct all activities relating to near term Master Scheduling.
