-Real time coordination and communication with Stations and on-board staff
-Service report elaboration and analysis.
-Management of any incident that could affect to the passengers.
-Monitor the fulfilment of the scheduled Service Plan
-Follow up the quality indicators and procedures for commercial service improvement.
-Staff and operation resources allocation management and coordination to comply with the service requirements.
-Participate as an active member in the OCC tasks planning, reporting and follow up.
- Any other task related to the execution, planning and/ or follow up of the operation and service plan.
-Reporting directly to the Technical Director
-Mentor the projectionists to make sure that they are doing the tasks the right way
-The day to day technical Operations of the film Center, including projection, sound, lighting, and overall appearance of the cinema
-Long term planning for the theater
-Providing projection services in the Theater
-Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to the Technical Director
