• Coordinated and executed annual preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with Schneider Electric for the electrical power system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Implemented FM200 firefighting systems that reduced the potential fire risk across the 13 electrical substations and 42 transformers, resulting in enhanced operational safety and minimized downtime.
Scope:
- Installation, testing and commissioning of main and branch PLC system, SCADA, MV and LV battery charger, UPSs and capacitor bank in collaboration with Schneider France.
- Testing and commissioning of medium speed diesel engines in collaboration with SDMO-KOHLER France.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of New MV Transformers in collaboration with Schneider Saudi Arabia.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of suppression system FM 200.
