Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of all premises related transformational, strategic projects and initiatives. As well as to define frameworks, policies, and processes for monitoring their progress and performance against the defined indices while ensuring proper project governance to align all project management, operational, maintenance & physical assets activities with strategic objectives and priorities.
Lead all renovation branch projects for AlRajhi Bank and ensure the availability of required support to the entire development team including project controls, PMIS, safety, logistics, risk management, and quality assurance.
Duties:-
- Acquire develop & manage the team who will work on the project.
- Execute project scope.
- Recommend changes, bug fixes, preventive and corrective actions coming from planning, executing, monitoring and controlling process groups.
- Timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Implemented approved changes to the processes, documentation and plans.
- Team building exercises.
- Give recognition and rewards to team members and keep them motivated.
- Hold status Review meetings to ensure project is on track and any deviations are attended to at the earliest.
- Use work authorization systems to allocate work.
- Request seller responses to tender and outsourcing needs.
- Select seller for procurement needs.
Manage a team including architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, suppliers and other specialists during design and construction phase to ensure that budget are maintained, security & safety, aesthetic standards are followed and that a quality products is delivered at the best possible price.
Tasks:-
- Managing the Architectural work in the new Samba tower at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). And assisting the country project head (main project manager) for the same project.
Prepare strategic plans for design projects & serves as the primary client liaison to bring the design stages, time schedule, budgets, scope of work, tendering processes & construction work to completion.
Tasks:-
- Managing construction projects supervision, modifications & renovations for more than 70 modification projects, fit out branches, & standalone project.
- An engineer within the project management team for the new Bank AlBilad tower.
- Assistant engineer for the new branch design identity.
