 Critically monitor all activities of brokers in the dealing room and provide guidance and assistance as and when required.
 Encourage brokers to put in their best efforts by promoting strong team-sprit in the dealing room through close coordination and professional supervision.
 Receive, accept and execute customer orders through the OMS system as and when required without any errors and omissions.
 Address queries from clients linked with security prices, liquidity and other information for the fair valuation of their portfolios.
 Maintain cordial relations with clients and assure confidentiality of their information and transactions for long term business association.
 Strictly adhere to market regulations and internal polices for trading activities to avoid fines and penalties.
 Coordinate seamless functioning of the dealing room system through collaboration with ITD.
 Assist the local brokerage Unit Head in all activities and requirements to accomplish performance indicators in sync with corporate vision, growth goals and additional established targets.
 Regularly update/provide client(s) who is/are classified as “customer(s)” with research material and analysts reports received from the company’s research department.

 Maintain cordial relations with clients and address their concerns in a professional manner to secure future revenue streams for the Bank.
 Complete Buy/Sell Orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
 Provide guidance and support to clients in their investment decisions and share all the associated financial risks.
 Liaise with the Back Office for the seamless execution of multiple transactions for corporate account holders.

 Attend calls from clients and maintain high standards of professional conduct and customer service.
 Execute Buy/Sell Orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
 Remain abreast with the Saudi Stock Market and the Global Financial Markets through interaction with industry experts, newspapers, magazines, websites and blogs
