• Suggest and lead project of creating specialized desks for professional clients in agencies which drastically helped placing Professional products to new customers.

• Manage 7 VAS partners with contract’s creation, effective negotiation, revenue sharing and follow ups.
• Increase turnover by 125% (24 M DH to 54 M DH) on SMS based games by proposing a challenge based gaming system.
• Improve conversion rates and communication flows for VAS by 25% by transforming the existing mobile portal into a dynamic and intuitive platform.
• Improve quality and increase mobile TV channel catalogue number (9 national only to 29 international channels): launch of international bid leading to the negotiating with principle industry channels worldwide (TF1, M6, OSN)
• Expand Mobile TV client base by 109% in two years by consistently delivering goal-surpassing marketing results and ensuring client satisfaction (constant increase with a 9% mean).
• Improve customer experience by developing Mobile TV Application
• Promote company’s image internationally with FC Barcelona and Real Madrid Tombola (international appearance)
