o Lead Risk Assessments studies and Jobs Safety Analysis (JSA).

o Plan for sampling and testing of bulks and finished products, Ensure that analysis plans are performed in its proper time to fulfill production and customer requirement.
o Issue and update relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
o Review and approve specifications of raw material, Packaging materials and finished product
o Introduce, develop, validate and approve analytical methods.

Responsibilities:
o Develop, maintain and keep QC operating systems fit to purpose (people, equipments, documentation, cost, training…)
o Ensure that all QC activities are performed in compliance with QA, cGMP, HACCP, 5S, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, SAP & Security requirements.
o Leading about 70 subordinates . Including IPC on production lines.
o Provide analytical results and approve Internal Release Certificates for Raw Materials.
o Check and approve monthly activities essential for calibration, maintenance, validation, standards consumption, remaining samples and storage of raw data.
o Performing Risk assessment and job safety analysis (JSA).
o Be updated with the advancements in the analytical techniques.
o Prepare annual QC plans for calibration, maintenance, products review and budget.
o Train present & newly appointed staff.
o Perform QC staff annual appraisal.
o Active contribution to fulfill customer requirement in term of analytical and technical data support.
o Participate as an auditor within QA & SHE Auditing team.
o Plan for sampling and testing of bulks and finished products, Ensure that analysis plans are performed in its proper time to fulfill production requirement.
