- To collect as much data as possible consisting of potential clients.
- To make daily phone calls with these potential clients with the goal of arranging a meeting with them.
- At the meeting try to convince the potential client to make either a life or medical insurance policy for himself or his family based on what would be more suitable for them.

1- To make sure that the ISO, HACCP, and OHSAS systems are implemented at the factory, by making regular internal audits on every department.
2- Follow the hygeine and cleanliness of the factory.
3- Make sure that the working environment at the factory is safe for the workers there.
4- Follow the products being made to make sure that they are of the highest quality for the customer.
5- Recieve the customer complaints, and see what caused them, and make sure that they won't happen again.
