Requested to handle the position of general management in the company in 2016, which led eventually a year later on in investing in a company 50% share

Supervising the current work force of the company staff (50 staff) and deployed fleet (30 Vehicles) providing tourism services in the northern emirates and Dubai

5- implementing and polishing company policies
6- maximizing profit by expanding our service network and products
7- minimizing costs by reducing running costs, negotiating better deals, new suppliers with both better service and less cost, optimizing the productivity of the current work force and the deployed fleet for maximum efficiency and least running and maintenance costs
8- responsible for all company licensing, documentations, laws and regulations of operations and permissions requested by the government, tourism development authority and RAK RTA
9- staff daily and weekly meeting for handling business updates and operation issues
10- staff official documents, visas, residencies, offer letters, salary modifications, etc..
11-communications with banks, government entities and tourism agencies across UAE and world wide.
12- organizing and attending tourism fairs to promote company services and expanding its service network.
13- HR duties, PR duties, Accounts duties, Vehicles maintenance duties and full coverage of all business aspects and requirements.
