 Key Responsibilities:

- Enhanced the BSC methodology from monthly printing to daily for better performance monitoring to excel the sales targets.
- Establish the Branches Inquiry website that allows branches employee to inquiry about their BSC achievements and incentives to increase the employee’s satisfaction and confidence on the new BSC and incentive.
- Initiated an automated sales report on daily bases for both management and branches for better tracking of the sales.
- Migrated and automated all excel based reports to web based dashboard to ease the access of the reports and provide more dimensions.
- Designed and implemented a monthly Retail Branch Banking Incentive scheme at 2013 which replaced the annual bonus cycle.
