Due to the experience in incentive design, performance managements and KPIs design and measurement. I have been assigned to support the HR in the area of Compensation and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing the incentive scheme with business entities
- Responsible for ensuring that all incentives are executed and paid in timely manners with no errors.
- Responsible for renewing medical insurance contract with vendors
- Responsible for allowances and eligibility and new allowances studies.
Achievements:
- Shortened the time for incentive payout by overcoming process bottlenecks.
- Minimized the request time and automated employee requests for ATM allowance will ensure that that staff will no long have wait as long,
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of the Incentive scheme for the branches employees.
- Establish Branches KPIs to drive the employee’s performance to achieve the organizational targets.
- Perform the year end performance appraisal for branch banking staff though their Balanced Scorecards.
- Maintain the integrity of the BSCs for 4000+ employees on regular bases to assist the staff and management on reviewing the performance of the staff and the branches at any point.
- Manage and resolve the retail branch network staff inquiries on BSC achievement.
- Manage and maintain reports for branch banking network and executives management to show the sales and the forecasted sales till the end of the month/year.
- Provide analytical support and decision making reports to support the Branch Banking departments.
Achievements:
- Launched a rebuilt a web based online BSC that is accessible to all Retail Branch banking following the best practice in the market for BSC applications.
- Enhanced the BSC methodology from monthly printing to daily for better performance monitoring to excel the sales targets.
- Establish the Branches Inquiry website that allows branches employee to inquiry about their BSC achievements and incentives to increase the employee’s satisfaction and confidence on the new BSC and incentive.
- Initiated an automated sales report on daily bases for both management and branches for better tracking of the sales.
- Migrated and automated all excel based reports to web based dashboard to ease the access of the reports and provide more dimensions.
- Designed and implemented a monthly Retail Branch Banking Incentive scheme at 2013 which replaced the annual bonus cycle.
