1.Design and develop annual sales targets and further coordinate with sales and account executives to attain such targets.
2.Develop & implement assertive action plans and budget based on short, medium & long term outlooks of the market conditions to preserve company's competitive edge.
3.Oversee and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure full exploitation of customer base.
4.Coordinate closely with the operations manager on products launch, merchandising, display & customer service issues.
5.Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
5.Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
6.Assist in development of pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners.
7.Report periodically and as deemed necessary by direct supervisor.
8.Represent the company at trade exhibition, events and demonstrations.
9.Perform other duties as may be assigned.

2.Meeting sales targets by monitoring the closing sales and evaluated the MTD achievement vs MTD targets.
3.Prepare update LE (latest estimated for the closing month based on the daily closing sales.
4.Conduct one-on-one review with all sales team, to build more effective communication, individual target.
5.Monitor and report competitions trade activities in order to evaluate its effects in our business.
6.Follow up with the team member regarding their individual tasks and issues.
7.Prepare the order per brand and as per forecast.
8.Prepare promotions list as per our actual stock vs market calendar events.
9.Follow up with purchasing department concerning the incoming shipments and pending orders.
1.Supervising, monitoring and review of team activities.
2.Managing and Maintaining Quality of Customer handling for all team.
3.Manage, Monitor and support stuff at designation outlets and effective relation. with concerned managers.
4.Training stuff for how to solve the issues and problems.
