Assisting Project Directors in proper management/administration of the (14) fourteen construction contracts based on FIDIC Plant and Design-Build Contract 1st Ed (1999 Yellow Book) in relation to the Construction of 400 kV Overhead Transmission Lines between the Substations of Al Wafra (Kuwait) to Al Fadhili (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Al Wafra (State of Kuwait) to Al Fao (Iraq).
Assisting Project Directors in proper claims management which includes drafting determinations in compliance with the contracts and advising the employer on the possible claims (and preparing such claims) the employer might have against the contractors. My role also involved negotiations and drafting of construction contracts (Variation Orders/amendments) based on various FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.

Assisting IRD Engineering in proper management/administration of the construction contract based on FIDIC Construction Contract 2nd Ed (2017 Red Book).
As the contracts manager of the engineer (under FIDIC Silver Book), I was in charge of management and administration of the contract during the execution of the project, including preparing and drafting determinations regarding claims issued by the contractors.

As a FIDIC Consultant of one of the largest law firms in the country I am responsible to assist firm’s clients in negotiation and drafting of construction contracts (variations/amendments) based on various FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.
I am also assisting clients in preparation of the claims and resolving disputes in relation to the FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.

Assisting Director and Project Manager in a proper management/administration of the construction contracts based on all forms of FIDIC Conditions of Contract, currently mainly involved as a contracts/claims manager construction of the one of the largest ports in Georgia (Anaklia Sea Port - based on FIDIC Plant and Design-Build Contract 1st Edition 1999) and (Poti Deep Sea Port - based on EPC/Turnkey Contract 2nd Ed (2017 Silver Book).

Assisting Project Directors in proper claims management which includes drafting claims/substantiations in accordance with FIDIC Contracts and advising the contractor on the possible claims (and preparing such claims) the it might has against the employers/clients. My role also involves negotiations and drafting of construction contracts (Variation Orders/amendments) based on various FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.

Until the end of the project I was assisting Director/Project Manager in proper management/administration of the construction contract based on FIDIC Dredgers Contract 2nd Ed (2016 Blue- Green Book), this also involved drafting/preparing and advising regarding claims which the contractor had against the employer.

Assisting Director and Engineer in proper management of the FIDIC Contracts on which the construction of the Mtkvari Hydro Power Plant project was based, in particular:
1. Civil Works - FIDIC EPC/Turnkey Contract 1st Ed (1999 Silver Book);
2. Tunneling Works - FIDIC Construction Contract 1st Ed (1999 Red Book); 3. Electrical Mechanical Works - FIDIC Construction Contract 1st Ed (1999 Red Book);
4. Hydro Mechanical Works - FIDIC Plant and Design-Build Contract 1st Ed (1999 Yellow Book);
Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement 5th Ed (2017 White Book) and Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement 4th Ed (2006 White Book).

Assisting Director/Project Manager in proper management/administration of the construction contracts (included but not limited to FIDIC Conditions of Contract) and bespoke construction sub-contracts based on FIDIC Construction Contract 1st Ed (1999 Red Book).

▪ Assisting in research of various problematic issues existing in international construction law (related to FIDIC), including English law;
▪ Drafting FIDIC Conditions of Contracts;
▪ Drafting recommendations and advices in connection with the FIDIC Conditions of Contracts;
Assisting the head of litigation practice in drafting lawsuits/claims and researches regarding Georgian Law.

▪ Assisting the head of legal department in researching of all legal issues in respect of administrative and construction law for the issuance of construction permits/licensed for the large-scale infrastructural projects based on (included but not limited) FIDIC Conditions of Contract;
▪ Representing the Ministry before the Courts;
Drafting regulations/standards in connection with construction practice.

▪ Assisting the Director of the arbitration in researching legal issues in respect of all sorts of commercial/business law issues including, contract law (related to construction, purchase, banking, etc.);
Assisting the Director of arbitration in drafting/preparing arbitration awards related to the commercial/business law issues including, contract law (related to construction, purchase, banking, etc.).
