I am charge nurse of a hole floor with a capacity of 28 patient with deferent categories (medical-surgical-oncology-bone marrow transplant patients (pre and post ) ) my responsibility is to coordinate the role of each nurse and to manage the type of service to be most effective and to reach high professionalism and maximum care to the patient which follow the goal of the institution and also reach it . Know each and every patient case and treatment and the type of care for them, follow and provide the information's for the specialist doctors, carry out orders and give directions to the assigned nurse's . Time management for the service to provide maximum quality care in short time . Responsible for chemotherapy preparation and administration. Problem solver with management. Preceptor and mentor for new employees
