• Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan
• Manage the creation of all marketing collateral and support tools.
• Execute integrated online/offline, search engine marketing, advertising, public relation, tradeshows and other campaigns to generate demands & sales leads.

Liaising closely with all company division’s principally sales team, as well as the suppliers & external social media agencies. I am responsible for:
• Develop and execute a Marketing plan.
• Identify and coordinate marketing strategy and activities with Senior Management.
• Update company profile, presentation, brochure, website and pre-qualification on regular basis.
• Monitor & Coordinate the Company’s advertising activities, seminars and other related issues with Senior Management.
• Meet, build and maintain relationships with consultants / Designers / Developers / Government Departments, etc. on a regular basis to gather pertinent business development information and ensure that the Company products are specified fairly with Competitors’ products.
(a) Periodic visits to consultants and people of the business.
(b) Ensure Consultants are kept up to date with latest product information and new market trends
• Update the following database through Orion system.
a. Marketing database (visits, contact list, mobile database, specifications, etc.),
b. Consultant / Client / Contractor visit details,
c. Coordinate with Division Managers & Distribute / update detail of projects to all divisions at design stage, etc
• Coordinate with all Divisional Managers / Sales Executives with regards to suppliers’ details
• Liaise with Divisional Managers / Sales Executives on competitor’s products comparability, and market trend.
• Ensure regular sales and marketing meetings with the Division Managers / Sales Team, twice a month, highlighting projects of interest and the company range of products.
My job was preparing an annual business plan of my clients and the company products, following up all incoming projects tenders thru ventures websites and by the market, participates in work meetings and provides regular status updates, Organize and conducts meetings between the top management and the client to finalize the proposals and close the deal.
In addition to, I involved in complies qualification sections for proposals, including project descriptions, company profile, project list, and cover letters.
• Built a good relationship with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Supply well branded tiles and sanitary wares to a variety projects around UAE.
• Successfully met the target of 2 million dirham’s in 2012-2013, 4 million dirham’s in 2013-2014, and approximately 5 million in 2014-2015.
I was actively taking student enquiries and managing the student enrollment process as per the admission guidelines set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE. Also I was involved in executing strategic marketing activities including preparation and submission of budget and performance reports. This includes generation of reports through spreadsheets and presentation on daily and monthly basis on the status of calls, enrollments, media response, general promotion activities and marketing operations.
I also had an instrumental in conducting outdoor marketing activities of the university. Play a key role in planning of media campaigns, exhibitions, direct marketing, workshops and other promotional events.
