Planned, supervised and lead the effective implementation of all stages of event organization, covering from planning to execution, raising requisition and budgeting; In coordination with the event's organizer and Procurement, Lead and supervised the event organizing team ensuring that the team works according to the work plan and produces timely and qualitative outputs; Provision of technical and substantive logistical support to the Ministers, Governors, Ambassadors, government officials and other high-level representatives. Arranged travel and accommodation by liaising with travel agencies, hotels and transportation companies, in accordance with KAICIID policies and procedures; Provided participants with supporting documents (Note Verbales, Travel insurance etc.) necessary for obtaining visas; Supervised the implementation of event-related contracts through all stages towards completion, including invoicing and payment. In charge of updating the weekly KAICIID Calendar for Events, that is shared with all staff members and the Board of Directors. Managed and executed virtual/hybrid events, including platform training and reporting; Provided live event support (in conjunction with vendor-provided support) during events; Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders such as A/V, IT, Communications.
