Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
•Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
•Coordinate and complete annual audit
•Provide recommendations
•Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
•Meet financial accounting objectives
•Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions and prepare all financial reports.
Coordinate with various teams and perform complex analysis and prepare reports to summarize financial data.
•Develop and maintain forecast models for income statement, balance sheet.
•Identify variances monthly between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.
•Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines.
•Review accounting transactions including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure that ESA is compliance.
•Prepare Monthly and yearly all financial reports.
Review all the financial transactions

•Prepare Ledger Balance
•Prepare income tax reconciliation.
•Prepare the financial Statements according to ESA and Egyptian Law .

Tasks:
•Review all financial transactions in companies.
•Prepare monthly sales tax reports.

•Provide sales tax authority with sales tax report monthly.
•Reviewing sales accounts & customers’ accounts, manage customer’s credits,
•Prepare trail balance, income statement and balance sheet.
•Set up new companies according to Egyptian laws

•Design chart of accounting according to (Egyptian Financial Standards)

•Have good knowledge in Egyptian tax laws (VAT Tax, Salary income tax and annual income tax).
•Have good knowledge in Egyptian procedures to set up new companies.
•Evaluate and reconciliation annual income tax report according to Egyptian income tax law (number 91 which lunched at 2005).
•Prepare Financial reports to match with (Egyptian Financial standards).
•Managing the Vat tax and income tax issues with the authorities.
