• Business Development & Marketing Manager for the company's 10 Middle East Branches.
• Leading all activities related to conceptualizing and implementation of business development, marketing, PR, and communications strategies for new business opportunities.
• Assigned as the Official Company Representative for communications with Government & Private Bidding / Pre-qualification Depts. within KSA (PIF’s NEOM, TRSDC, Qiddiya, DGDA, AMAALA, ARAMCO, SABIC, Maaden, Modon, Marafiq, RC for Jubail & Yanbu, SWCC, NWC) and Bahrain (Tender Board, EWA Electricity & Water Authority, Ministry of Housing) etc.
• Responsible for conducting presentations and introduction sessions about the company, establishing, developing, maintaining, and upgrading all levels of relationships with Clients, Consultants, PMOs, PMCs, etc. associated with the business in the Middle East.
• Managing preparation and submission of pre-qualification submittals, Technical & Commercial Bids and RFQs/RFPs, hard copy, by email, or thru the designated online portal, with excellent experience in using platforms such as SAP Ariba, Etimad & Aconex.
• Identifying Tenders in official Government & Private Sectors tender portals or directly received invitations to tender, and matching tenders with the organization's main activities and capabilities, with daily periodic reporting to top management in relation to opportunities, including updates on published tenders, Pre-qualification, EOI, RFI, ITT, RFP.
• Proceeding in participating on the relevant tenders by acquiring the tender documents and distributing it to key management and all relevant departments within the organization, with periodic reports to key management on updates and progress of bid process.
• Assisting the Tendering & Procurement Dept. to ensure legal and insurance reviews of EOI, RFI, ITT, RFP documents, from developing non-technical proposal sections, pre-proposal meetings, arranging for Site Visits and Tender Clarifications.
• Following up with each department within the organization of their tasks for compilation of bid submission.
• Compiling Bid information from Tendering & Procurement, Projects, Operations & Finance Dept. and collating all information neatly, accurately, and timely into a proper bid submission pack for final approval by Key Management.
• Tracking progress and tender results of post-tender on the portal and report accordingly to key management.
• Post-award analyzing for all requirements and provisions in contracts, including Contractor Obligations, Commercial Terms and General & Special Terms and Conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Ensuring that all Bank Guarantees, Warranties, and Insurances certificates etc. are in place, maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and are in-compliance with the Client requirements.
• Conducting analysis of new laws, regulations, and contract trends to determine potential impact on the project.
• Ensuring that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the Contract period.
• Reviewing of all contractual documents and notices of claims to ensure congruity and to minimize patent and latent ambiguities.
• Ensuring that all contracting activities are carried out in accordance with legislation & Client policies.
• Responsible for preparation of JVs & Consortium Agreements, LOIs, Contracts and Service / Subcontracting Agreements.
• Assisting the Tendering & Procurement Dept. and Project Control teams in respect of contractual implications of variation orders.
• Preparing correspondence to Client/Consultant and maintain records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all Contractual matters.
• Managing Translation Dept. by reviewing the translation of BOQ, incoming correspondences from Client/Consultant and outgoing correspondence, MOM and Administrative Circulars, for accuracy and quality control.

• Translating and editing Sports articles, news and reports.
• Translating and editing Soccer and Motor Sport texts.
